Recycled City

On another leg of the tour of composting operations, I ventured out to Phoenix to document Recycled City - a composting program with an organic farming component. While you wouldn't necessarily expect to find an organic farm in the middle of the desert, the team there had a lot of compost to put to use, and so they did.
